Is it really that easy?  Yes it is!  Here is why:

1. Fotos by Design will issue your organization a fundraising promotional code that will be in effect for a certain duration of time (generally 2 months).
2. We will prepare a PDF file that will be customized with your organization’s information (including promotional code and end date).
3. You print and pass out the flyers, inviting people to check out the website and help your organization raise money. 
4. Your customers order the products online and enter your promotional code at checkout.
5. Orders will be shipped directly to the customer’s home in 2-3 weeks from the date of receipt of the complete order (including payment and usable image).
6. At the end of the fundraising event, Fotos by Design will send you a detailed list of all orders placed and a check for a percentage of the sales (see details below).

There are three fundraising levels in our structure.  Your organization will earn 10% on all sales up to $1000 in sales.  Sales in excess of $1000 but less than $5000 will generate 13%, and we will pay 15% on all sales in excess of $5000.  “Sales” are based on product sales and any fees charged for additional creative services and do not include shipping and tax.
