How to Order
There are two ways to order your personalized product:
Web site shopping for custom photo gifts and products
- Find your product and add it to your basket
- When you have finished shopping, check out
- Once you have checked out you will then be able to upload you image.
- If you have any further instructions email them to info@fotosbydesign.com
Postal shopping for personalized photo gifts and products
- Write us a letter, detailing the product(s) you want to buy.
- Include either your credit card details or a check made payable to fotos by design
- If you are sending a printed photograph, put the order, along with your photograph in a hard back envelope.

Remember, you don't have to use a photo on your personalized product; you can use a child's drawing, a favorite card, even a handwritten poem.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: ORDERING CUSTOM PHOTO GIFTS AND PRODUCTS
Your Photo
Your selected photo can be in either Portrait or Landscape format, Black & White, Sepia Antique Tint or Color. Should you require it we can change your Color print to Black & White or Sepia Antique, or your Black & White print to Sepia Antique Print. Photos should be no larger than 12” x 18”. Please note that all photos will need a degree of cropping and editing, and that our designers will determine the cropping and editing to provide the best looking result to match your chosen product, in their opinion. The quality of the final product will vary depending on the quality of your original photo or electronic image.
Uploading Your Photo
The simplest way for you to send us your photo is by uploading it through this web site. While shopping on any product page, simply click on 'Add to Cart' and follow the instructions on-screen. Please ensure images are either in JPEG, BMP. AI, PSD, PDF or TIFF format. If you have a file in another format, please email your request along with the file to info@ fotosbydesign.com and we will try to work with it. In the rare event of any complications, we will telephone and/or email you.
Acknowledgements
In submitting the order form the customer confirms that they own the rights to their respective photo or have obtained the relevant written permission. We reserve the right to refuse to print or manufacture any image that may cause offense to public taste, attitudes and/or concerns.
General
All items are individually made to order, therefore, all sizes displayed on the site are approximate.
If your photo is valuable or of sentimental value, we strongly recommend that copies are made before sending them to us as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Your photo will be returned to you with the goods ordered unless we are directed to ship the items somewhere else. In that case, your photo will be returned through the mail.
Your product will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of fotos by design receiving your order and your photo.
Your personalized product is guaranteed to be free of any manufacturer's defects. If such defects exist you must notify us on 248-544-0999 within 30 days of receiving your product.
